After making no progress with two prior Real Estate brokers, I contacted Melvin. I must say that it was a wise decision. Since so much time had already lapsed with the prior brokers, my family member had one month to buy a home before leaving the country for a month-long vacation. Melvin did not disappoint me. Within a week he found a home at an ideal location and the price was within the price range we were looking to buy. We were impressed! Because of Melvin’s consistency and his communication with my family members and me, we were at ease knowing that he was always on top of things. When we did find our dream home, he went above and beyond working with our lenders and the seller/builder until we closed on the property. I remember even on the morning before our closing, he was there with the builder going over all the final details to make sure everything went smoothly. Melvin’s passion for what he does is apparent and his enthusiasm and positive attitude made all the difference. We can’t thank him enough for everything!

Anyone who is bought one will tell you what a nightmare they can be. This also means we looked at a large number of places. When we found a home we dealt with the foreclosure fiasco with Melvin helping us through every step of the way. At the end of the long process, it came to light that the Condo Association into which we were buying was in financial distress and our purchase fell through.
